Provision Of The Comprehensive School Canteen Service To Different Public Centers For Early Childhood And Primary Education In The Alt Camp Region Through Two Types Of Service: Kitchen In The Center And Hot Line Catering. Specifically, The Contract Includes The Following Services: A) The Acquisition, Preparation, Transport And Distribution Of The Food That Makes Up The Lunch Meal Individually To The Users Detailed In Clause 5 Of The Ppt. B) The Conservation And Replacement Of Kitchen Utensils, Eating Utensils And Household Appliances That Are Used During The Service Listed In Annex 2 Of The Ppt. This Material, If It Is Not The Property Of The School, Must Be Provided By The Contractor. C) The Cleaning Of The Kitchen Area And The Same Dining Area, The Furnishings And The Utensils Used. Likewise, The Selective Collection Of Waste Generated During The Provision Of The Service. D) The Monitoring Service Of The Students Using The Dining Room Which Consists Of The Monitoring And Intellectual Activities Of The Students In The Centers Subject To The Contract During The Entire Time Period Between The End Of The Morning Classes And The Beginning Of The Afternoon Classes, And With A Maximum Duration Of Two Hours And 30 Minutes In Total. E) The Economic, Administrative And Control Management Of Users Who Access The Service.
